How is the corner 45 degree  LED screen achieved?

1. Bottom shell cutting edge

This technology involves cutting the left or right side of the screen shell. Combined with the steel structure design, it can achieve a seamless 90-degree connection. However, magnetic holes must not be cut, otherwise the stability of the screen will be affected during installation. Therefore, this method must ensure that the magnetic hole positions are at a certain distance from the left and right sides.

2. Inclined edge module

The inclined edge module is specifically designed for right-angle LED screens. The inclined edge of the bottom shell is 45 degrees. When the two right-angle sides are joined, it forms a 90-degree right angle, creating a flawless corner display. However, the production cost of this method will be slightly higher.

Our company uses a 45-degree box to match with a 45-degree module, which can be combined to form a right angle of 90 degrees. The gap between the modules is less than 8MM.
